IFAM closed its 2017 trade fair schedule by attending the Big 5 Fair between 26 and 29 November in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). This is the leading event in the Persian Gulf dedicated to all sectors related to construction. In this case, IFAM attended the fair to present the security solutions from its extensive locksmithing range: door cylinders, locks, rim locks, padlocks, etc.

Furthermore, the company took advantage of this event to present its line of industrial safety products with an extensive catalogue of lockout-tagout products (LOTO). These products are designed to lockout industrial machinery and equipment power sources during repair or maintenance tasks, significantly reducing the possibility of occupational accidents.

Fair attendance figures were positive this year, with professionals visiting from all over the Middle East and some African countries… It is worth highlighting the positive reception of the high-security range of cylinders, such as the new WX1000; escutcheons, such as the D-fender model (also new); and the Titán, Huno 80 and Hércules padlocks. Furthermore, numerous professionals expressed an interest in the industrial safety range due to the potential of these products for use in the local oil and gas industry.

The number of visitors and contacts made was highly encouraging and has pushed IFAM to maintain a strong level of trade fair activity in 2018, which will enable the company to continue making progress in the international market.
