IFAM Group
The IFAM Group was established in 1948 in the Basque town of Mondragón (Spain), founded by Feliciano Aranzabal, a local industrialist. The company started its activity as a manufacturer of padlocks. IFAM soon began to gain prestige as a brand in the Spanish market thanks to the quality of its padlocks, being especially known for its range of zinc alloy padlocks (Z Series), which today remains one of its most popular products.
Diversification of the catalogue and international expansion
After the company consolidated its position in the Spanish market, IFAM expanded its range of products and services, always with innovation as a motto. Thus, over the years, IFAM has positioned itself as a brand offering global security solutions in the locksmith sector.
Nowadays, IFAM not only manufactures and sells padlocks, but also cylinder locks, locks, rim-locks, motorcycle and bicycle anti-theft devices and security complementary products.
