From 25 to 27 May, IFAM was at the latest edition of the ELF Convention organised by the European Locksmith Federation. Leading brands in the international locksmith sector gathered in the Portuguese city of Porto, which was chosen to host the event on this occasion. IFAM was there at a dedicated part of the stand occupied by Altuna Portugal, which is the exclusive distributor of its products in Portugal.

The door cylinders range was one of the product lines that garnered the most interest from the professionals who visited the stand. All eyes were on the two latest additions: the WX1000 cylinder and the F5S series. The first caught people’s attention because of its advanced anti-bumping, anti-drilling and anti-snap security systems, which are combined with its patented key to make up this ultimate high-end model from the IFAM line. In turn, the F5S cylinders stood out because of the numerous sizes and types available: half-cylinder, standard cylinder, with knob, etc.

It is also worth highlighting such products as the new escutcheon D-fender and CS200 rim lock that, when combined with the door cylinders and the Sentinel 4.0 digital door viewer, create a comprehensive security solution for any household door.

Visitors not just from Portugal but from Spain and other European countries also had access to the wide range of padlocks of outstanding quality and variety from the brand.

IFAM shared the Altuna Portugal stand with JMA products, one of the most important key manufacturers worldwide. Its product lines were received very well at the tradeshow: electronic and mechanical key duplicating machines, remote controls for garages, gates and access doors, transponder technology for vehicle keys, etc.
